Welcome to the Greenhouse.

This space is my public personal space, if that makes sense. It's structured as a blog with distinct categories for easy navigation. Here, I share and will continue to share some of my ideas as they develop, discuss the tools and techniques I use to produce them, and pontificate about narratives in visuals. This completes two objectives:

1. I’ve spent years developing thought processes and pre-production pipelines for my own work, and I honestly believe with the way the world is moving, content creation is going to become a major interest for more and more people. I’ve learnt most of what I know on the internet for free, so I endeavour to document my work to ‘give back’ if you will. Hopefully, I can help and inspire future creators. I have an aspirational nephew who is a massive part of my motivation for this.

2. Sharing my ideas helps me to commit to them. I have so many, so the act of actually choosing a few and publishing them here is a silent but public vow of commitment, and hopefully it will push me to keep driving forward.

You'll notice below there are various tabs. These range from discussions around my philosophy concerning visuals, project journals which document the development of some of my ideas, and the 'Learn from me' tab where I teach some of the things I've learnt through the years. So poke around and please leave comments or feedback - That is the very reason I'm making this all public.
